Finding a downloaded ZIP file
Where browsers typically save ZIP packages and how to confirm the filename.
Most browsers save files to your Downloads folder. The package filename matches the product slug, for example mt4-sniperjawea.zip.
If you cannot find the file, check the browser download shelf, Downloads history, or a custom download location.
Do not open ZIP files from email attachments you did not request. Only use the download from your Trenexcite order confirmation or a free product page.
