Digital product delivery
Eligible orders receive a short-lived download link for each purchased product. The file is a ZIP mapped to that product. Failed downloads can be retried while the order remains eligible.
Free products marked free in trusted catalogue data may be downloaded without an account. Free access does not unlock paid product files.
Refunds
Digital goods are typically non-returnable once downloaded. [OWNER REVIEW] Define whether refunds are offered for undeliverable packages, duplicate charges, or statutory cooling-off rights in your markets.
Until a live payment provider is connected, there are no production paid sales to refund. Test orders are not billable transactions.
