Installing an Expert Advisor in MetaTrader 4

Copy files into MQL4/Experts and attach the EA to a chart.

Open MetaTrader 4. Choose File → Open Data Folder.

Open MQL4 → Experts.

Copy both the .mq4 source file and the .ex4 compiled file into that folder. Copy any extra files only if the product documentation says they are required.

In Navigator, right-click Expert Advisors and choose Refresh. If the EA does not appear, restart the terminal.

Drag the EA onto a chart. Review inputs. Enable AutoTrading only after demo testing.
